IR Policy
Basic policy
We conduct IR activities and information disclosures with the basic policy of providing accurate information to all stakeholders, including shareholders and investors, in a prompt, fair, and easy-to-understand manner in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations.
Information disclosure standards
We disclose information in an accurate and fair manner in accordance with the Companies Act, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and the timely disclosure regulations stipulated by stock exchanges.
In addition, we also strive to disclose information not required by laws and regulations as promptly and in as much detail as possible in the form of voluntarily disclosed information if the information is deemed to contribute to the investment decisions of shareholders and market participants.
Information disclosure methods
We disclose information that falls within the scope of laws, regulations, and the timely disclosure regulations stipulated by stock exchanges via appropriate means, including by promptly publishing such information on the Company’s website.
Information that does not fall within the scope of laws and regulations is also disclosed through the Company’s website and other means.
IR quiet period
In the interest of maintaining fairness in our disclosures, we observe a “quiet period” from the day following the closing dates of our financial results (including quarterly financial results) to the date of announcement of the financial results.
However, in the event that a significant change in the earnings forecast is expected during the quiet period, we will disclose and announce the information appropriately in accordance with the timely disclosure regulations and fair disclosure rules.
